The Print Shop is a great business to work with. They have an exceptional staff that is always willing to work within my often short timelines. I joined The Salvation Army Naples Coordinate in September 2015. I had no direct exposure to printing prior to this as I was previously in financial services for eighteen years and printing was typically handled by some far off marketing department. The Print Shop was handling a significant project for us when I joined. The 2015 Civic Lunch invitation and program. Over the last year we have utilized The Print Shop for a number of additional jobs.
Given my department director responsibility, I must look at other vendors to assess cost, quality and efficiency. I did look at other print partners yet we continue to reach out to The Print Shop because I know the project will he handled efficiently with consistent quality and at a competitive cost.

When I reach out to the MarcoIsland staff it's usually because I am serving a grieving family and need the assistance of your staff to complete custom "Prayer Cards" and such for an upcoming funeral service. I am usually under a time restraint and need the printed materials within a matter of days and sometimes even hours. The folks at the Marco location are ALWAYS polite, professional and ALWAYS come through for the families that I am serving. (We changed our logo so converting to the new one we thought would be difficult but The Print Shop proved us wrong!)
Ordering is easy! There are so many ways to order things, either via fax or email are my favorite!
Orders are always accurate. I never have to call and complain that something wasn’t correct.
Orders are always processed very quickly.

I love the print shop because I know I can count on them. I needed to have postcards made to be delivered in St. Louis through EDDM. The print shop designed the postcard for my sister inlaw that was selling my inlaws home in ChesterfieldMissouri for sale by owner. I worked on the design with the print shop and they did a fantastic job. The next step was determining the area to send them to and how many postcards to send out. I worked on that with Time and then they were sent to St. Louis. Tim then checked to make sure that they were ready to go out and followed up with me when they actually went out. We got calls off of the postcard and it was well received. Thank you Print Shop for helping me and my family sell my inlaws home!!! - October 2016
